For Green Health Week this year, the Cairngorms National Park Authority have teamed up with Arts in Nature Project Officer Charlotte Mackenzie (HTSI), to deliver an Arts in Nature Workshop at Boat of Garten Community Hall on Tuesday 14 May 2-4pm.
The event aims to support people’s health and wellbeing through creatively engaging with the outdoors and nature. We’ll go on a short (optional) walk to tune-in and gather materials before returning to the hall to take part in a guided natural art-making workshop. There will be tea and cake at the end!
The event is open to all, especially those whose health and wellbeing may benefit from some time in nature.
